I can't really remember how it worked last year, because I was immediately adopted by the alternate energy zone (love those guys), but where do I stay if I'm going it alone this year?

I can just throw my tent up somewhere open right? Granted there may be no space left by the time I get there.

I have a rather large tent this year.

I'm anti-social or I would have tried to look up some peeps to stay with earlier.

And don't throw up your tent in a place that's for registered theme camps.
Talk to neighbors about camping there, they may have had that space for latecomers.

You can pretty much camp where ever you like as long as your not intruding on theme camp teritory. But thats easy to tell, they are all well marked
