Early entry age question

Hi,
Is there an age limit on early entry? One of our early entry people is 18. I know they ask for ID and had assumed it was something to do with age. Can someone answer this question? Are we ok?

18's okay, 17 must be with parent or guardian.

The ID thing is just another control so the early entry is not abused, although
the entry passes are not initially assigned to any individual there is a blank space where it is supposed to be filled out by a camp member.I guess once it's filled out they don't want the wrong person getting it ... without a good reason they re not transferable.
