What is your wish?

I know it's that time of year that wishes are the quest of the norm, but I was thinking that there are wishes that need to be granted throughout the year.
Ok...so world peace and "I wish DE FACTO would go away" are not wishes that are not common. ( ha. ) but seriously.....what do you wish for this year and next?

And hey, this is'nt a holiday thing.

I'm putting myself out on a limb here after gathering the atmosphere on the eplaya.

I like this message board and wish there would be less bickering and more content.

That and world peace obviously.

I think dvdburner is misunderstanding the nimbuses that lurk and respond on the eplaya.

I think everyone should be made to pee in cups. It's hard to fight or argue when you're holding a big'o cup of piss. There problem solved.

I agree with your sentiments Joel, however, I think the problem is that there are NO solutions to Geo Political problems. Geo Politics are motivated by incomprehensible amounts of money, power and greed. It's a complete waste of time. Instead focus on your community, your neighborhood, your street. On that level, you can make a profound difference. Maybe that difference will reverberate out and affect more changes. Let's hope so.

And by the way, insurance companies already are forcing employers and employees to pee in cups for urinalysis.

were to pee poorly, spraying hither & yon and requiring
frequent coaxing via self-genitalia massage, it may be possible
to force the cost of witnessed urine collection so high that we may
eradicate excretion espionage, and go back to smuggling clean samples
duct-taped under ones arm-pit.

I wish i were not peed upon with my demise

It is very much like takinig a suspected witch & placing stones upon

Makes me feel warm just thinking about it. For exta bonus points, I like to picture a wedding style receiving line of people waiting to punch him repeatedly until he learns not to be so annoying...

This is a remark on another currently infamous thread which I refuse to post on any more because it then gets, in a back handed way, my support:

These people give me the creeps. I wish though to look them in the eye and tell them that. It's breathtaking to me that they could ever think I would listen to them when they make such gutter-inspired remarks as the one above. (Come on- equating some worker from Burning man to the Iraqi Information Minister -the guy in charge of covering up that the Kurds were gassed? Is that really how they think? )

How can the Reno Gazette Reporter even give these people the time of day? Alas, perhaps our enthusiastic response probably helped indirectly.

We were, after all, a little test bed and we gave them exactly the attention they wanted -me included- so we were a perfect little case study-a little proof of concept that they could stir something up) I'm sure that the reporter was pointed to our threads as background even though they werent cited in the final article. I think I should refrain from posting on those threads as it just acknowledges some legitmiacy to that Neon club's efforts to paint itself as an environmental organization .

My other wish is that people who are intending to respond to the Reno Gazette piece contact the Reno Gazette reporter directly and write proper, level headed-even tempered- refutations point by point - in hard copy, sending pictures posted from the neon site etc (I know you all have screen shots) and other things surfaced about these so-called environmentalists, AND that they also point out that statements like those above are the kind of rhetoric that members of this so called 'organization' use to describe their opponents. I hope the Reno Gazette is urged to consider their sources of info.
