Camping for newbies!

[color=indigo]HI! I'm Lauren...newbie to burning man this year. I'm camping with 3 girlfriends..driving from San Francisco on Tuesday the 28th. We are looking for anyone with extra room around their camp for us to set up shop...let me know if you have real estate to share with us! So psyched![/color]

If you find a camp to set up with, that's fine, but there is more unreserved space than there is reserve, so you shouldn't have trouble finding a spot. Also, you probably will spend very little time at your actual camp, so where it is, is usually not that big of an issue. Further out is going to be more quiet, further in will have more stuff going on near by.

Yep, Just look for a spot, get out and talk to the camper around that spot... You might get a bad vibe or a good vibe.. Plus they may have more people coming in later...


Love your photo's... I only wish I could shoot half that well...

If your bring your cameras, be ready for major dust this year... Not nice to your gear...
