As in:
Monday is the new Saturday (cause they burned him on Monday)
Sausage is the new bacon (not in my opinion)
Sangria is the new bloody mary
Fuck you - it's the new I love you
etc. (it's the new et al)

Wow...it sounds like you all had a fairly mundane year. I think the words I heard most, in this order, were:
"Hey. Come over here. Can you smell this for me? No, the other hole. Does that smell like almonds to you? Is that bad? Taste it a little. Yeah, that's what I thought. Here's some antiseptic mouthwash."
I guess maybe being parking next to "Supturating Genital Sore Camp" is off the list of things to do next year. Oh well.
"Supturating Genital Sores are the new Playa Foot."

Thanks to Addis, I had more free time.

The most overheard thing at my camp (NOT a "theme camp" NOT an Installation, NOT a Party Barn, just a place for us to, you know, LIVE and stuff, not even near the dorksplenade but back on Freshwater...).
We would be sitting around the conversational seating area (nice couches, easy chairs, a hammock, pillows, etc)...
Random people would wander into our camp, (okay cool, people to talk to, yay!)...
They would walk straight past us to the back corner, where we had set up our impromptu bar (no flashing signs or anything, just a place to put our beverages)....
Stand there by themselves for a few minutes and eventually yell over to us:
"Can I get a drink?!"
"Sure, we've got water and gatorade over here with us come on over and help yourself! What else can we get you? Do you need something to eat?"
"Umm. Like a Mojito or something??"
"I'm sorry, we don't have any mint or any sugar or those sort of things."
Of course we would eventually give whatever we had to people who asked. We did of course insist on making people pose for semi-pornographic poloroids with our vacuum cleaner before serving anyone alcohol...

Hell, Barnz, we had someone stumble up to our MV and order a gin and tonic. Dead serious. Thought it was a bar or something. We pointed him down the row of art cars toward where I saw a BLM pickup parked...
The yahoo content out there this yearseemed higher... Asstoundingly so, with a capital ASS.
You were too kind. I'd make the yahoo our famous pink fuzzy screw. Sounds good, right?
Club soda, kaopectate, cherry gatorade, and a healthy dash of salt. The only thing I'm missing are the ground exlax chocolate sprinkles on top. A shooter in an old fashioned glass... bottoms up!
It's pink. Makes you feel really fuzzy. And then you're screwed.

SLOW DOWN!
Even if the vehicle in question was moving at less that walking speed.
I really don't get how anyone could have fun out there when they spend most of their time trying to control those around them. I guess those pervs just get off on it.
Since it doesn't work ( I heard the phrase all week ) I hope they had a terrible time and don't come back next year. Or that they shut up and bring/do something more creative instead.
