Possible Cleveland, OH Regional

I'm hoping to start a regional in Cleveland, OH fairly soon. If there are any Northeastern Ohioians out there who would like to talk about the possibility of a regional in Cleveland, let me know!

I hail from Toledo and would probably bring a few cats.
