Pay Pal....
I don't know about that story but I have my own to share.
Pay Pal: Someone took $211.00 out of one of my account yesterday.
It went to some smuck in Tennessee going to college in the computer science dept... hummmm you think, but Pay Pal is sure he's a victim also. Long story -short story is that Pay Pal is sending the $$$ back in to my hands and sending the kid a email let him know also..
PayPal said they scammer are sending fake email out with a link. Click on the link and they grab all the info they need to scam... I don't recall such email but.... We placed a hold on that account today.. We just went to the store and tried to use a different account to pay.. Locked up also... So a call to the bank is come up tonight... arrrggggg
I thought I took all the right steps to prevent this, but now I'll have to beef it up more...
