Open Letter to Pastie Dan

Dear Pastie Dan,

After spending quite a bit of time sitting across from you in 2006, I was a little disappointed this year. While I do appreciate the profesional quality of this year's pasties, I was a big fan of the homemade edible pasties.
I also missed the calls of "Edible Pasties...Get your edible pasties here." I understand that you probably do very well with repeat customers and word of mouth advertising, but I really did miss the carnival barker style.
On a positive note, I was very impressed with the new pastie sizing methods. Maybe I just missed that last year but I think it really does show your professionalism.
