I'm with BOB whats all this about? What was the Tirade about? What do cigarettes have to do with this, and why was this year-old thread brought back to life?

Apollonaris Zeus just likes to resurrect old threads from time to time. (I am guessing Try Me's thread over on a different section reminded Apollonaris Zeus of this thread.) Bin Noddin answered the rest as best as it can be answered.

Unlike Bob, I found Nbraziel's post interesting. I wasn't aware that Mr. Best received such a large share of BRAF's funding, nor that its grant spending is so poorly run.

Anyway, Bob, look into getting some Preparation H. It can improve your outlook tremendously! :P
