LA Gangs Plan A "Shoot A Cop Day"....

Post by Rabbi Dali Rick » Thu Oct 04, 2007 12:50 pm

Participating in pasttimes such as carjacking, tagging and drugs has long been part of the culture within the Los Angeles County Gangs. But members have recently decided to start playing some new games -- police erradication competitions that have gangbangers across the country crying cool.

Los Angeles's Notorious Gangs, the "Crips" and the "Bloods" in reponse to the LAPD's friendly competion game "Operation Any Booking" >>> LINK <<< have come up with their own moral booster competion "Shoot A Cop Day" says a gang member who refused to identify himself only as "Pookie" stated today. "It's just a friendly competition to have a little fun out here," Pookie said. It was Pookie who sent the e-mail about the shooting contest Oct. 4. Pookie said he viewed the games, which will began in a week, as a morale booster for overworked gangmembers who, because of staffing shortages, are required to do four drivebys a month.

One recent competition, described in an internal wall tagging e-mail obtained by The New Gang Times, was called "Operation Shoot A Pedestrian" The object was to shoot as many people as possible within a specific 24-hour period.

Other one-day competitions have included "Rob A Hoe" a contest aimed at seizing money from as many Prostitues as possible. And another challenged members to see how many gang members and other suspected rivals could be stopped and beatdown.

The prize for winning was nothing more than "bragging rights," said "Snoopy", who helped organize the events that involved teams of gangs patrolling the southeast Los Angeles cities of Lakewood, Bellflower, Paramount, Artesia and Hawaiian Gardens. The gang is one of 23 that make up the nation's largest Crip gang.
After being called for comment by The New Gang Times on Wednesday, Snoopy said he spoke with the Lakewood gangmembers. Snoopy called the competitions a well-meaning and well-conceived idea that promoted "the gang values."

"We train gangmembers to be independent thinkers and leaders," Pookie said. "The lesson learned here is that -- whether it's for morale purposes or to increase gang activities -- gangbanging is not the kind of thing where you can dictate the activity.

"We're not into numbers, we're into quality," he said. "I don't think it will occur again."

Operation "Shoot A Cop" day will not result in an increase in police deaths on the day of the contest, according to records provided to The Times in response to a public records request. The cities gangs report a combined total of 28 shootings, which is the daily average a month.

The shooting competition, however, will dramatically increase the number of policemen shot, records show. On average, deputies in the five-city area were shot at 4.7 times a day in July. On the day of the contest, they intend to raise that number to 37 shootings -- which members could not claim unless they tagged the body with gang graffiti.

Gangmembers in Lakewood intend to perform at least 18 drivebys on innocent victims that day, half the total they normally would perform over the course of the month.

The number of car chases with gang members and other suspected criminals will also soar during the contest to increase that particular gang activity. Pookie said the spike will occurred because some gangs had fallen out of the habit of doing that mindless activities.

Before he was contacted by Snoopy, Pookie said he stood by the idea to encourage gangmembers' productivity and had been encouraged by members who liked the competition.

"They were pumped and excited," Pookie said. "I've never got any negative feedback. It's not a quota or revenge system. It's a morale booster."

Like every gang, Pookie said, there are "good, hardworking members and there are the lazy guys." He said he was trying to encourage the less motivated members to get more involved in shooting at police targets.

Pookie said he joined the Crips "Rolling 60's" about 18 months ago and noticed that some members weren't pulling their weight. Some members made 15 to 20 robberys a month, while others made seven armed robberys in an entire year, he said.

"It frustrates me that people are so against putting in "work" and cry foul," he said.

Pookie said he was "almost certain" that he was the one who came up with the original idea to have the Gangs compete, but that he did so with the approval of his captain.

On the day of the contests, a tag will be posted on a wall, in neutral territories where gangmembers can brag about their activity. At the end of the 24-hour period, the team results will tallied.

"We're not doing anything wrong," Pookie said. "No way, no how will anyone encourage members to falsify a shooting or a robbery."

We tried that, but it was just too damned hard. The Illuminati had a problem with the security provided by the reptiloids(who are NOT, surprisingly enough, related to the Reptillians, who include among their number, G HW Bush). The NSA is still backed up with killing all the people who were involved in the controlled demolition of WTC 7(the only one that Bush was told about ahead of time). Dick Cheney has spawned, and is completely incapacitated during the incubation period--but, after his next "appointment with the cardiologist" he's ready for anything.

And then there was that whole thing with the Learned Elders of Zion and the Hidden Masters.

It's just too damned hard to organise these people.

The Crypts and the Bloods!

They owe their empires to prohibition and the DEA!

If we don't change the drug laws then they will take over the DEA: so what would really change?
