Woo - hoo! This is my 700th post!
I just did The Math (no, not Rove's "THE Math"). March 1, 2004, the day I joined, till today is 3 yrs 7 mos, or about 1300 days. So, 700 posts in 1300 days works out to about one post every 2 days - not too bad.
So, for me, I think that's just about the right level of participation.
I know I'm nowhere near you guys that have 1000's of posts, but I do have a life n' all.
Mostly, I lurk about and only post when I feel that I have something valid to contribute to a particular discussion. If I don't have a "dog in the fight" so to speak, or if I don't have any particular experience related to a particular thread like "Burning Man ain't what is used to be", "Kids at BM - love em/hate em" "String up the arsonist by his balls" etc., then I just read, learn, and keep my opinion to myself. Also, I generally like to keep things positive, as much as possible.
Anyway, I'm proud to be associated with such an amazing, eclectic group of people such as y'all, my fellow eplayans!
I propose a toast...Here's to all my fellow eplayans! Huzzah!

...but it seemed like such a good idea at the time...
So since I have now made 241 posts since Aug 2 of this year, that almost 3 posts a day, which sounds about right for me. (Considering there was this big event in the middle there where I was off the net.) I'd like to get a copy of that catalog mdmf007 was talking about. Since it's eplaya, I'm hoping for something like a really cool shower setup or something for us over-participation types.
It's hard to have a normal conversation with someone with 6' acrylic rods strapped to your back.

oh, btw to fishy, I have this friend who (I guess{no really}) looks like my {twin}brother, is waaaay smarter than me, and I was gonna try to get him out to B.M., 'cept for he could only stand up for a couple minutes, and the whole electric chair thing. He married some supermodel, so I guess she'll have to bring him out.
