About a month ago one of our employees was pulled off his scooter and beaten, broad daylight, people all around, bastards got away. Two days ago the manager of a bar up the block was pulled off his scooter - by a fucker known in the neighborhood, who actually lives nearby. A few hours after the crime he came back to the block and had a staring contest with the man he robbed, cops were called, never showed up. Tonight I was walking past the store after hours and saw a scooter on the sidewalk. I went to the neighbor and described it - his scooter alright. He and I went back to check it. Wait for the punchline folks, wait for the punchline - - - - - the fucking stolen scooter - - -- - - was - - - - - - - FUCKING CHAINED TO AN IRON RAILING - - - - - - so that it wouldn't be stolen from the fucking thief!

Fuck, can't really afford it and I've never been to a scifi convention, who am I kidding about going by myself? Fuck it looks like fun.

Ah fuck, I'm a Gatie/Scaper, but I suppose I could be a fuckin' trekkier too. There's conventions now and again in SLC, but not often. I can get to Cali, my biggest speedbump is that I cannot fucking drive.

I bet you'd be fun as all fuck at a con. I've never been, my friends wanted me to go to Dragoncon with them, but that's the same fuckin' weekend as our beloved event in BRC.

Hehe, yes, love the scifi, I'm even on the scifi forums, but not as AntiM. I am both ashamed and proud to admit I write pornographic fanfic. sigh I'm such a fucking geek.

Fuck that sounds tempting. really, really fucking tempting. And fun, really fucking fun.

Although I have made plans for me and larry and Ranger Genius and Borderline to visit SF in May next year. Third week I think. Staying at a really nice resort/hotel (yeah timeshare points). Just have to buy the plane tickets and think about what we want to fucking do. I haven't set foot in SF since 1985, and haven't lived there since 1975. fuck, I want to go home. One of my fucking homes, I have several in my heart now.
