no, I don't think this has been to BM.
Look at how long the hoses are leading to it.
Looks like familiarness, but those flames are tiny.
We have an obligation to make space for everyone, we have no obligation to make that space pleasant.

I've only been to a few Dark Skies, but the truck doesn't ring a bell.

I don't think the truck had bells, but maybe whistles.. ... :)

I am pretty sure it is the same rig.... take a look at this one from mutaytor's photos of the first Dark Skies. (I don't think you made it to that one)

and we were the first picture in the album..

the car behind the RV and trailer is my cousins daughter, my cousin was supposed to meet us at Dark Skies but she could'nt come, but her daughter did. Finally Glo made it to Burning Man in '07, drove her VW bus from LA, stayed in Volkswagen camp (by herself) and she is 59 years young.

I need a little help, in the following video,

there is a pickup truck shooting flames,

Here is the very same pickup from the first dark skies event..

My lovely bride has reminded me that at that darkskies she was video taped hula hooping while moving on a little trailer being pulled by a golf cart. I think we wrote our email on a card for them to send a copy of the video.

So, does anyone recognize the truck and can point us to 'em...
