The last spam prevention mod was becoming less and less effective, so I installed another one last night. This one asks the user to visit the community guidelines and answer a simple question.

No spam registrations so far since it was installed! We are still getting a trickling of spam from previously registered bots, but that should go away when we find and delete the accounts. Actual human-registered spam and commerce will still be able to get in.

Thanks for your help, everyone! Hopefully the latest patch will hold for a little while and not inconvenience new members too much.

Holy cow...effective eplaya management?!?! Some of us have waited YEARS for this. Dork, thank you very much! Plus having potential regular users know there's a code of conduct (even though it can be bent a little) is another welcome change.
