Yes, I was on that thread and gave my vote for it in 2008, but there seemed to be some logistic problems with running it. I went on the pages suggested and read about the game. Seems the best thing to do is just pick some "victims" and go after them.

I have a water gun. I've got my clues. Now, if I have the time and the inclination on the playa in 2008, I will just hunt them down and squirt like there is no tomorrow. Then I'll use my prowess to demean my victims on eplaya the "rest of the year."
