performance artists needed

Post by eclipsesf » Mon Dec 31, 2007 10:49 am

Greetings_
I'm an early burner - haven't been since early 90's but have many great memories. I'm putting on a large music and sporting event in Tahoe in february and looking for some artists to add the important touch of a true gathering. Something that would work outside in the cold. I have some budget to work with and would appreciate any ideas that this community might offer. Could be anything - a circus performance, a see through outdoor heated living space for the weekend, a strolling performance piece or anything that might be of visual interest and entertainment value.
Thanks for considering.
Steve

*poke* I'm a street performer, I've got a doll act and a little nymph act, but most of all I enjoy forcing numerous nervous perople into impromptu kicklines...
Dunno if I can make it that far, though.
Unfortunate.
Oh, wait.... you want ideas, not help.
Idea: Find a good makeup artist and have them make-up people into animals and such. It's so much better than just.... face painting.
