Burnal Equinox Party - is it happening?

Ok I already asked this question and nobody replied, but I had posted it in the wrong topic section - eplaya virgin that I am! So... is there or is there not a Burnal Equinox party happenin in San Francisco in March 2008? Somebody out there must have the gen on this. If not then does anyone know if there's one happenin anywhere else?

My searches show no mention of one for 2008 in SF.
I'm not on the SF regional mailing list though, so if someone else has knowledge of it, please speak up.
I see a mention on Tribe with the Montreal burners of holding one there, but the posts are in French and they're preliminary discussions only, not formal plans with where/when.
Why not throw one yourself there in Scotland?
