where in Colorado? There's tons of Burners in Denver, Boulder, C-Springs and GJ. My camp, Mile High Club is based out of Denver. Astral Headwash is based out of Boulder. Camp Cock is based all over.
Let me know if you need any additional info, good luck!

Be sure to sign up for the Colorado-BM Yahoo! Group so you can see what's going on. Here's an sample thread from a few months ago. It'll give you an idea of how people in Colorado behave toward one another.
May your deeds return to you tenfold,

Jay Rochester is not from Colorado, never lived in Colorado, and basically jumped on to the Colorado list with a massive attack of condescension and bad attitude. He left in a huff when he people grew weary of his ill-informed rants. I think you can see from his post what Im talking about.

Hey Arnar, I forgot about HeeBeeGeeBees out of Boulder. If you like megacamps with a decidedly "healing" bent, this would be a good camp to check out. Also, Moon Bass is a Colorado-Seattle camp worth checking out. You can contact these camps probably by scrolling through the theme Camp section for 2007 here on this website.

I think you'll find Colorado has a great Burner community. Just dont judge it based on a flame war initiated by someone locked in a bedsit in upstate New York. Check out Apogaea, great event!

I'm picturing it as a massively scaled down BM, with more bluegrass than techno music, in a nicer setting?

Is that close?

(its certainly close to me - front range. Could be nice...)

I wouldn't say that at all - great event that I'm thinking of flying back into CO to go to instead of the desert. Tons of fun, scaled down, with a beautiful backdrop.

Plenty of everything across the board.

No shit, if you live there, don't miss it...
