Pet Names = Playa Names

I gave my dog a name, but I only use it when he's bad. Since pets are not allowed in Black Rock City, it's only fitting that we utter playa names to them in our special woogie-woogie-scratch-my-belly puppy voices. So far I have called him:

Scuba
Scuba Duba Dog
Scrumptious Pup
Yeah Yeah

and his new fave:

Snuffle-Pup-Agus!

most notably to "Boogie Ooggie Ooggie" and various x-mas songs.

Great for singing on the playa while riding our bikes.

Dante
becomes Tay-tay or "crispy kitty"

Turk
becomes turkey, turkel, nyurk for when he does something stupid, but mostly we use "big fat puss" or "big puss" since he's huge but worse than the cowardly lion.

Shadow
becomes Doe, Putty (due to the ability to melt into any horizontal surface) or Acrocat.

Rainbow
becomes Raina, Bow, Black Hole (she's a shiny black that if she closes her yellow eyes allows her to disappear into a shadow), Her Majesty, or my favorite: "Mae West" for her ostrich-feather of a tail and dangling belly.

Sugar
was originally named Spook, but I've called her "Shoog", and when she does something stupid I call her Sucrose.

Was renamed in the first 15 mins to Ebus because my oldest named him and my youngest couldnt just go callin' CANNIBUS...hehehe
he is our proper overly self manicured fagcat(no offense to my gay friends...I should say he's metro, as he hates girl cats but loves guy cats)

A pair of male bearded dragons:
mine has a gray back and orange-ish sides and head and
husband's is mostly red with some orange and gray striping.

Mine is 2 mos older than the other and quite ravenous
the other is easy-going and lazy.
