Why good Lord no! Burning Man is most certainly NOT institutionalized.

In order for an event to become institutionalized- you would have to have internal commerce of a brand name product during the event, a zealously litigatiously guarded trademark, a highly publicized CEO, T-shirts/hats/calendaers/etc., internal security and medical, contract bound rules/laws that are only valid during the event, and...

and...

oh, never mind...
