Want to get involved and help shape Burning Man events in SF? Then join us at Burning Man Headquarters for a Special Events Team meeting and silly hat social! Whether you're an event production pro or a newbie looking to learn by doing amazing events, you're invited!

Last year's meeting was FANTASTIC and completely shaped 2007 events plus the ones in our current plans for 2008! We are seeking brand spanking new volunteers to add to our amazing team as we create events like the upcoming Burnal Equinox Flambe Lounge in March and of course, SF DECOM! If you are curious about what we do and/or think you'd like to be part of year-round Burning Man events, come on by!

AGENDA:

--Welcome and Mission of Special Events Team (7:10-7:15)

--Team Lead Intros(7:15-7:25 min)

--Introductions - name and what you do or think you might want to help with (7:25-7:55)

--2008 Events Schedule based upon last year's input + tentative dates
(7:55-8:10)

--Roles we are seeking help with - all year and by event (8:10-8:25)

--Open discussion/feedback (8:25-8:40)

--Followed by time to sign up for possible roles + mixer until 9:30
