Hey Fire Wire! How on Earth do you steer that thing? I'm really curious.
The most useful method for steering the 2006 Herring Cycle was to just wiggle your butt a little, making the bike lean a tad. But it took a lot of practice to learn that. We started by trying brute force on the handlebars, and that was close to useless. Also, we had to limit the "swing" of the bikes with steel cables, to avoid "jackknifing". On the whole, fun, but not a great design. (Which is easy for me to say, since I did not design it!)

RotoCycle (Puke-o-) this year! (Again, not my design, but I'll happily build it!)

I cannot add a whole lot to what's already been said here. Much good info. Just BUILD IT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS! With the 2006 Herring Cycle, I predicted that it would be difficult to get it to turn at all, and it... uh... turned out that what was difficult was to go straight. Great fun! I suppose I'll bring it again this year -- if I can find all the parts.
:D

I saw a multi person bike at BM that used a honda motorcycle front end, and rear frame section. it was of poor fabrication - otherwise ti would have been a blast to ride (welds popped)
