Ahem, those are two skeletons there, Mrs. Bucky, who stands 5'6' and is in the first two pictures. Little Miss Bucky, who is 50 inches tall, is in the third picture. Bucky himself is in the basement, waiting for a shower. Baby Bucky is hanging in the downstairs hallway. He's not truly a Bucky, and his clothes are glued on.
Pervs. Lookin' up the skirt of a little girl skeleton!
They will be at the Utah Decompression as a family group, I'll definitely have a family portrait to share.

So are drive in movie pants called drive in movie pants because they were worn by martial artists in cheap kung fu movies?

I have been pondering the landmines and I am having difficulty coming up with anything that would not be very moopy.
Conventional explosive ones like claymores and generic antipersonnel would leave quite the grisly playa mess. A red zone on the moop map in more ways than one...
Even silly mines, say using a tripwire to detonate a can of silly string, would leave a large mess.
I suppose a can popper would work. Hit a tripwire that fires off a hollow piston into a propane cylinder to vent it followed up with an ignition spark to flame off the gas. Relatively safe, mess is contained...

Ah, but mobility is going to be a key factor. Perhaps landmines are not practical.
The logistics of a placed piece in the original vision I had, plus camp and the Home for Wayward Art, plus travel and work schedules, well, too much for this little red hen and helpers. So what if, what if ... scale down the Bucky family installation, still use the four skeletons and the dog, lose the stove and TV concepts, and make it mobile? Tow it behind the rhoadescar, have a smallish fence to keep riders off, and equip it with tiedowns and auto solar lights in case we (i.e. mylarry) get tired of towing it around. We could move it and then "install" it anywhere with a few taps of a mallet and some rebar. Voila, instant art placement. And if anyone was using it for a landmark, well, hehehehe .... and we could do things like let the Buckys entertain at the Booby Bar for a day, or visit Zsu-Zsu. That sort of thing.
I think I like it, still mulling over the details. Like a low-jack style tracking system. And interactivity, perhaps. Input, anyone?

I'm working on that myself. But apparently, you don't have to take them off to have sex, so there was some sort of drive in movie discretion involved.BAS wrote:What the heck are "drive in movie pants"? I never heard of them before.

a little White trash expertise
They were stone washed extra tight bell-bottoms with a zipper that could cleave the left side from the right. The zipper followed the shortest route from belly button jewel to the Harley tattoo.
