The Fringe Art Collective begins their fourth year on the SF scene to support live music, a diverse variety of art and performance and some wicked fun parties on and off the playa, With accomplishments such as building live music spaceships, running away with the clowns, bringing the fine art back to the club where it belongs and often bringin the most freakin cowbell to the party.
