Its also our right, given to us first in a long list of rights to name call, its not like it took a dragnet to catch him. He admitted to it, bragged about it, is on a video, and multiple pictures doing it, there are multitudes of witnesses that never lost sight of him from climbing up, ighting, and his half assed attempt to flee. To clarify my previous post, I was also talking about the harsh posts of various persons criticizing others about differences of opinion, or just a link, and of course some harsh words against the suspect of arson. Seems like there are some major desire to not only jump on Paul, but anyone that is thinking different, which is sort of weird and corrupt given the alleged premise of Burning Man.

I don't think a McCain administration would have lied to get us into this war. We would have gone to Afghanistan, and no one's ever been able to occupy it for long, but not this Iraq shit. Unfortunately, his sense of honor wouldn't allow us to just fold up and go home. Which we got to do, sooner or later. How long are we going to have the economic consequences alone? A man once accused of attempting to set fire to San Francisco's historic Grace Cathedral pleaded no contest Friday to reduced misdemeanor charges.

San Francisco police arrested Addis—an "eccentric" performance artist according to his attorney, public defender Tal Klement—outside the cathedral Oct. 28, his backpack laden with fireworks.

Addis had originally been charged with a felony count of attempted arson, felony charges of possessing explosives and incendiary devices, and a misdemeanor count of altering an imitation firearm.

He had remained in custody in San Francisco County Jail since that time.

Addis agreed to plead no contest to only misdemeanor charges of fireworks possession, altering an imitation firearm and possession of a switchblade, in return for three years of court probation.

Addis has also been ordered to undergo six months of counseling, and to stay at least 150 yards away from Grace Cathedral, according to Klement.

Addis was earlier charged in Nevada for allegedly setting the Burning Man effigy on fire before it was scheduled to be torched at the annual counterculture festival held each Labor Day weekend in Nevada's Black Rock Desert.

Addis is now to be extradited to Nevada to face those charges, according to the San Francisco District Attorney's Office.
