Good Saturday monring Bar peeps...

Well, after cockatil#5 a Ribeye steak,a bottle of Pinot Noir...I slept like a baby on qualudes!

although I will say I woke up early and perky!

Thank Gawd...cause today we're tearing up the front and side yards with a jack hammer and laying some temp. pavers till the ground thaws! Chainsawing down 2 poor bark beetled trees...hopefully before the snow starts fallin!

whew...what a day!
man that concrete was 8 inchs thick!
and 16inchs on the stoop!
took out 3 trucks...forgot the windmill...oops...raked and pick ax'd our asses off.
Went and got the qwaud for the art car today!Weeee! But man hard to keep warm riding it when its a freaking blizzard outside!
Made phillo dough wrapped ricotta cheese,pesto,sundried tomatoes, fresh garlic and fresh spinach with a chili fresca dippin sauce.
and a spicey slaw for a get together we do every month.
Movable feast...very fun!

Im so f'ing tired I hope I can make it through the night!
Think its time for a cocktail...that get me going for a second at least....

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh...
Well by the time we got out the door last night, It was pretty much dumping snow by the truck loads...so we decided to stay over at our friends...picked up cocktails....2 of the five couples wernt even able to get there due to the snow....So less food, more room for mushrooms!
Old playa shrms, haha funny, took 2.5 hr to kick in, I almost forgot I ate them....then were playing pool, and every stupid shot was so funny, and "M" and I couldnt play to save our lives! Oh ya...I had a mushroom appetizer...ROARRRRRR!!!! hahaaaa
More cocktails, more munchies, less pool....
Looks like over all we got 6-8 inchs, but a real wet wet snow.
Not to bad driving home this early morning....
