Camp Ellipsis - from RENO - DJs, Artists, and Dancers.

Camp Ellipsis is a large scale sound camp, djs, and fire dancers. We are seeking anyone in the Reno area, or anyone willing to participate and contribute to the experience. I am looking for artists, dj's, dancers, fire performers (any kind), or anyone that just wants to help.

We also could use any shelter, props, or art. We have a large dome, but must construct a new top and could use all the help we can get.

Anyone willing to help would be greatly rewarded!

This is my hubby and my first time at burning man! We both spin Drum n' Bass and electro. We are also dancers, my husband is wicked with lights and I love to dance with my flags. We are looking for a place to camp where we will fit in, Ellipsis seems right up our alley.

Hi Reality,

I'm travelling from Sydney, Australia(originally from Ireland)and spin mostly Minimal/Quirky/Groovy Tech and would be honoured to have a spin at your camp. Mixing for 6 years. I'm meeting a bunch of others who are travelling from Ireland who also mix house/techno and everything inbetween. If you have any spare slots we would gladly fill them at whatever time of the day or night.
I have a lappy with Serato that I mostly use these days. Our crew are also qualified at throwing shapes on the dance floor and can found singing when not entertaining ourselfs and others with mindless chit chat and facts!
We'll be getting in on Tuesday and will be there for the week.

Lately though I've been rocking more indy-electro rock beats like kill the noise or villains/bloc party etc. hit me back if needing some more dj's can't wait to meet everyone. I might even be bringing my decks and speakers. do you have to register turntables and speakers do you know?

Bringing 100,000 watts yes. But only around 70,000 in camp the rest on art cars.

this is my 4th burn but first one since 2004
my soulmate passed away on may 19th of this year so this burn will be the most important one of my life.
having the opportunity to spin records [yes i still spin vinyl, not cds except for the downtempo sets] for my kimmy means everything to me...

White Rabbit here with the Wonderland Art Car, I am in Auburn for the moment have to go back up to Oregon in a week to get her and move her somewhere to finish. Point is I am close and can help with anything constructionwise or painting wise untill then. Maybe this weekend we can come to reno and help if you have those kind of needs. Plus if you are putting the system on our art car still we should discuss the power requirements you will need. Stage is finished it revolves 180 to face Playa or dance floor! We can fit 30-40 easy.
