Yeah I agree it is not the best. I just grabbed it because it was the first one I found that fits 500x500 size. I found a better one now and replaced it. funny. I thought it would be easier to find a good one. :?

Hello everybody! Sorry it's been so long since I stopped by... How's everyone doing?

I wish I could say that it's been big important things that have kept me away but, it's been sheer laziness that has kept me from posting. And a serious case of the wintertime blahs. Now that the flowers are starting to bloom, you'll be seeing a lot more of me. (Don't say I didn't warn you!)

Music, good idea.

the other day i remembered the record that was my first real introduction to music that was not kids music , church hymms or classical. It as a folband called the yahgtsman. I think my parents got it as a bonus when they orderd a complete set of disney record for us. I was about 5 or six. I still have the record and it might still play of you put a peny on top of the needle.

(Automatic banjo box starts up)

GET ALONG HOME CINDY
TRADITIONAL
You ought to see my Cindy
She lives away down south
She's so sweet the honeybees
Swarm around her mouth.

The first time I saw Cindy
She was standing in the door.l
Her shoes and stockings in her hands,
And her feet all over the floor.

I wish I were an apple
A-hangin on the tree
An' every time that Cindy passed
She'd take a bite o' me

She told me that she loved me
She called me Sugarplum
She drew her arms around me
I thought my time had come

She loved me on the mountainside
She loved me on the hill
And every time she said "I won't"
Her echo said "I will!"

She took me to the parlor
She cooled me with her fan
She said I was the ugliest thing
In the shape of a tuna can
She loves me in the summertime
She loves me in the fall
If she don't love me all the time
I want no love at all.

My Cindy is a pretty girl
My Cindy is a peach;
She throws her arms around my neck
And hangs on like a leech.

If I had a pretty gal
I'd put her on a shelf;
Ev'ry time she smiled at me,
I'd jump right up myself.

I wish I had a nickel
II wish I had a dime
I wish I had a pretty little girl
who loved me all the time

Wish I had a needle and thread
Wish that I could sew
I'd sew that gal to my coat tails
And down the road we'd go

Chorus:

Get along home, Cindy Cindy
Get along home,
Get along home, Cindy Cindy
I'll marry you some day.

I'll marry you someday.
