Good point

I had a brief conversation with Captain Goddammit just about that same thing last year.

From what I understand the driver must be in a separate area from the drinking riders and have no access to alcohol or even in reach.
I think David Best was hit for a drink that was not his but was with in reach last year.

Good question I would like to hear more if any one knows.

Themes been narrowed down to:
a western bar with stools, rough interior, old stand up piano, and brass work,

or something like they have in A clockwork Orange, off the wall shit, and euro trash interior?

I like the western theme, but since its a group effort I will be a team player with whatever we choose

I like the clockwork Orange idea. the milk bar kinda fits in at BRC

Glad to hear there's regulation of art car driver drinking. Years ago when I was a commercial fisherman in the Florida Keys, the law was everyone in the vehicle could have an open container but the driver.

Counting down the days

Western Theme seems to be winning. We pin it down this weekend.

Was sorta joking about, the real enough Florida law about the driver, but as far as art cars, can they really make the driver be like in a seperate cage or something? Seems driving slow enough to be a bit dust considerate is protection enough.

Not enough. And if you're altered you're more apt to speed. And 5mph is plenty. I doubt the train had got up to that speed in my case.

No alchohal or any other drug was involved in my accident.
