wow, what is that healthy looking vegetable stuff in the bacon?? It just looks wrong. Maybe bacon bits with a fried egg, sunny side up to glue it all together like the arteries. Or a biscuit and sausage gravy inside.

you make a salient point. Isnt using a bacon bowl to eat a salad.

like deep frying celery in batter? or Candied Carrots. I mean Bacon bits on a salad are awesome, but now its a BLS - Bacon Lettuce Salad!!! Regardless Sign me up.

Really? Use eggs as a sealer? Nah, it will never work. There's gotta be something else that's edible yet would seal that cup. But damn if I know what it is.

I made a bacon bowl breakfast this morning!

I made the bowls last night before bed. They weren't perfect but they were good enough. This morning I cooked up some scrambled eggs, biscuits, and grits. I put a biscuit on the bottom of the bowl and then the eggs then the grits over the top. I put a little dab of butter and some salt and tada, tasty breakfast.

Some of the contents did leak out and I couldn't wait until I was done with everything in the bowl before I started eating the bowl itself. I must say it was best tasting food-service container I have ever had.

How about strips of bisquit dough between the bacon strips.
Over lap them just a little,
as the bisquits,rise and expand, the bacon just might cook into
the bisquits and make a leak proof bowl.

It might be worth a shot but I'd worry that either the bacon or the biscuit would be undercooked. The way I did it the bacon cooks because it is directly up against the metal surface of the muffin tin. If it would work, it would be sweet though.
