Not a video on Youtube, but you art fairy hippies should check out "Rivers and Streams" by Andrew Goldsworthy.

It's this artist who goes out into nature and makes temporary art pieces out of what he finds in nature. I'd give an example but it'd take away from the coolness (i have a fantastic vocabulary) of watching him put it together. He seems a bit eccentric but does some great stuff.

A lot of it is in the water or in some way includes water.
