Bomb Bay Tea Company
Bomb Bay Tea Company
Somewhere over an unknown city, in the desert, our airship was
forced to land due to damage. The good captain knew all would be lost
if they did not immediately return to port for repairs. Seeing the vast
possibilities of this rich strange culture, volunteers were asked to
remain behind with the cargo until they could be rescued. The cargo,
consisting of the finest teas and prepackaged dainties were, after
all, intended for the colonization of new worlds. The crew quickly
set up a civilized encampment and began in earnest to cultivate the
local savages. "Victory through opulence!" They cried as they raised
their tea cups to a respectable level. The beginning of the end of the
American colonies was spurred by tea, and so shall the re-colonization!
The goal of the Bomb Bay Tea Co. is to bring culture, refinement and
class to the playa. We will do this with a steam punk edge, a gifting
heart, and in an environment friendly to adults and children alike.
For several hours each day we will be serving high tea inside the
opulent converted air-cargo container tea room. Guests will find
themselves entertained and served by the finest of Air Pirates, Mad
Scientists, Cowboys, Safari Hunters and More. For those savages, and
more adventurous souls, not accustomed to hard-walled structures,
tables will be set up in neighboring safari tents and outdoors in the
shade. To soothe and entertain the ladies, gentle men and curious playa
denizens, tea will be accompanied by music, poetry and spoken word
performances. Those who wish to enjoy a game of croquet, chess,
checkers, cards or other suitable games of culture, class and
distinction can do so.
Our philosophy is simple, We want to invite guests to take a moment
to relax, reflect and enjoy themselves in the opulence that surrounds
them, not only that of our camp but of the city itself. Our only true
objective is to colonize this wondrous strange City and bring it into
the folds of the greatest of nations "Victoriana" So come and join
our Steam Punk world with a relaxing cup of tea, a little bit of
slander, listen to the seductive tones of the Victrola, and watch the
natives playing at games of culture and breeding.
Brought to you by Bomb Bay Tea Company and the realm of
Victoriana......Cheers

Heresy! Of course they will! How could they not? Meer exposure to the aura of my munificence should cause them to fall to their dusty knees and accept the tea of revelation with humility!
Or at the very least not eat us all... What could possibly go wrong?

From what I hear by Thursday all of us should have auras that can make people fall to their knees.Dusza Beben wrote:fciron wrote:We revere you as a God! Depends on how far the divine munificence is sticking out.
Though my wife insists on questioning anybody that recognizes it ...

Does anyone remember what thread I was supposed to start in the yahoo group?
My mom always said that if I couldn't remember then it wasn't important.
I can't remember what the thread topic was supposed to be either and my Mom says that it's OK.

Thank you! We feel that the recolonization should go rather smoothly once the local savages have been subdued, or rather, aculturated with the finest teas and dainties in the realm.CLARKcon wrote:I offer embracing open arms to all the members of the Caffe-I-Nation Alliance, and pledge to consume and percolate others as I would have done unto myself- WE SALUTE YOU...
