Red, you know you're welcome. Yeah, JR from Anchorage (I met him when I ran the Anchorage Marathon several years ago) and Barbie from Hawaii are friends and he's been a member of our camp in spirit for several years. We are in the process of taking a census because Wheeeee!Ville needs 150 people and ideally at least four or five camps to make a village. My early figures have BDC&WB at around 45 people, including the late-comers who don't show up until Thursday or Friday. I figure we would max-out at about 50. The biggest problem is that our large art car (the one with the fire cannon attached) can only hold about 15 passangers. Not everybody wants to ride on it at any given time, but on burn night space becomes crowded. Last year we had a rule (which pissed a few people off, but they weren't campmates anyway so screw 'em) that only dues-paying members of the camp were allowed on the truck on burn night. We relaxed that rule as the night wore on, but a camp our size has to have some semblance of order or chaos will reign. Let me know what you think. Either way the pre-party will be held at my estate in Newcastle on Saturday, August 16th. I'll have directions to you in plenty of time.

Um. Look at barbie's rack. (Or would you prefer I say Moses and Aaron, Doc?) Then look at the boobie bar's. It would take tens of millions of barbies....akmojo wrote:but you didn't say whether you were talking about the physical or mental in regards to big boobies.....
Hey, I don't suppose there was a fire sale of leaded barbies last xmas?

Boston Terriers are great dogs. Because their not real terriers. Jack Russells are lunetic. because they are real terriers and bred to go after rats, and going after rats is lunatic.

Since I have about 20 e-mails on this, I thought I'd go ahead and post: Yes, I ran the Boston Marathon on Monday. Yes, I did fine. Beat about 6000 other runners. Yes, I ran 21 minutes faster than I did the L.A. Marathon in 2005. No, Heartbreak Hill is the most over-rated thing at the Boston Marathon. By Newcastle standards (and most any other objective standard) it hardly qualifies as a hill. Yes, the women at Wellesley College will kiss you and occasionally flash you as you run by. If any of you are marathoners and have ever considered running Boston, by all means do it. It was my 25th marathon and without question the most fun I've ever had running 26 miles. It's a lot like hitting your head with a hammer: It feels so good when you stop.
