Crypto, apparently Joseph Pred-ator treated you and your people well and you weren't around to see the side of him that I did. That's great 'cuz it's one less bad experience you've had.
But do you think that so many people hate him for no reason at all?
So many people, highly qualified and valuable people, worked for free for him and got treated like shit by that arrogant jerk. At the time I had to shut up and do nothing because he had an authority position.
When the event was ending I tried to find him... good thing I couldn't.

Pred-ator was the guy in charge of Ranger Medical. He's personally responsible for making it a miserable job to be a med ranger.

Pred is in charge of his department and rather than be thankful that quality medical professionals volunteer their time and effort for free, he treats them like crap.
He's insulting, belittling and arrogant.

Apparently a lot of other people think so too, so I'm obviously not making this up.

Think about how much it pisses you off to hear this stuff about your friend; now multiply that feeling by ten and get to where I am from experiencing it first-hand.

I dunno if I'm the one who "isn't fit to push your chair"... if that's supposed to be me, well, I've been known to compete pushing outhouses in the snow at the Conconully Outhouse Races! My sister has MS and is in a wheelchair... I push that one just fine. I'd say my chair-pushing fitness can be well-documented.

eply is inbred with leftovers, same way tribe has turned. that has all to do with people and little else, myself included, and is the present and future of burningman in general. it will continue to become more socially specialized and fragmented, and those who enjoy the party scene the most will rule popular perceptions.

One thing this board is not is our personal club house. It is the "official" BM message board. Many people come here, lurk, and as it gets closer to 100 days, blow through like seagulls. They look for answers, they look for connections, they're excited, fearful, and they have real concerns. What I appreciate about this board is that people on the whole comport themselves reasonably well, the snark-effluent can run in rivulets at times, but that's to be expected in such a chaotic place. My point is that it is IMO a good thing that it's a nice place, with nice people, who play (mostly) nicely. Unless they piss someone off.

Ok, you Muthafukkas can go back to bashing each other about the face and head.
