I have adopted a very effective yet simple method of dealing with such as those who have caused you grief. I will give you this secret new mantra, which is guaranteed to lift your spirits and put things in perspective..... Say it over and over to yourself, sometimes softly, other times with vigor. Then say it in the bar - the more inebriated you are, the better. Here it is:
