I just read on Chico Craigslist about an auction on Wednesday April 2nd. Preveiw is 12 PM till 3 PM. Auction starts at 3:30 PM. Location is FreeSpeech Area on campus. About 50 bikes are provided by campus police and community. Northern California burners may pick up some bargains. Another auction is on Tuesday April 29th.

I did not go. I ride a 1969 Schwinn I got at a UC Davis auction in 1969. well...the frame and crank are 1969. Everything else has been changed since 1969. wheels, tires, gears, handlebars, pedals, seats, paint, etc...
