(wondering) I've seen a few of these "Latte Art" pieces now (Smiley face, Christmas tree, etc.) How do they make those nifty designs? Is it a reaction with cocoa/cholocate in the cream? Or is it (BLAHH!NOOO) Photoshopping? (I'd love to whip up some designs in the dust for folks

I have an entire shelf in one cupboard full of tea.

The latte pics .. I've seen them done, some trick of the wrist while pouring on the foam and a few flicks of a coffee stirrer. I've done much the same thing with frosting on cakes; easier in the more solid medium.
