The Fishmobile with its "Beyond (Negative) Beliefs" interior
theme art was at Burning Man this year and at Decompression.
Inside are dozens of original blacklight paintings of sea life
as well as a labyrinth of messages, all within a 24 foot box truck.
I would love to be able to share it with a larger audience, but I
need help from someone with a good digital camera. My plan is
to put the photo version on the web in the http://www.fishmobile.net
site. Naturally, all photographic credits would remain with
the photographer. I just want to be able to show the images on
my web site, to which I would add a new page about the photoghrapher.
The Fishmobile is parked in Alameda, CA. If you are interested,
please send me an email and be sure to put 'Fishmobile' in the subject.
Or, call me (Howard Cohen) at 415-334-5443. Let's blow negative
beliefs to bits!
I need a photographer for the Fishmobile

Thanks!
Sweet! The fishmobile will be in Camp Nose fish again this year,
which if all goes well will be in the 3:00 plaza again. I had a friend
shoot the interior and we did the best we could. You can see some
results here: http://www.fishmobile.net (go to the Tour).
If possible I will fill the interior with additional art this year, possibly
even covering the walls with masonite painted black, and painting an
entirely new scene inside (without damaging the fish art underneath).
So, one way or another, I would love to have your help!
Peace,
Howard

wow man
i was glad to get such a fast reply from you. i took the website tour and i cant come up with the words to express how it touches me.i only went as far as page 18( have to save some for surprise).it does not seem that you need help. that was awsome. have you ever read 'the celestine prophacy"?if you have you might believe that when two strangers are meant to talk, it will happen. i believe we were meant to meet. your progect is a visual display of times i have gone through.
so you want a bunch of good pics of this cool display for the net. your current ones are really good. do you need new ones for changes you are making? hope to hear from you soon..and i hope i dont scare you. i promise i am not scary.

It's nice to see that on the eplaya the same is true as on the real playa...
you run into people but it isn't really random.
There are numerous issues with the current version, most notably, the
text in many of the images was unreadable and had to be hand-edited,
in some cases pixel-by-pixel to be readable. We did the best we
could but much of the text was fuzzy. But, it serves to inspire and
that is sufficient.
Even so, if I am able to make a new scene for this year's theme, it
will all be new art and it would need to be photographed from scratch.
I know I can use help with that. The Fishmobile is a collaborative project.
Welcome to the team.
