Yeah, I could see where the Dark Skies scene could be considered creepy in some of the venues. Try getting a drink from the Party Naked Tiki Bar folks if you weren't naked or cute. If someone takes offense, fuck 'em, that was my experience; I hung back and watched a dozen people get served before finally taking my ass elsewhere.

But hell yes we're going back, and I'm hauling out the Home for Wayward Art ... because us uncreepy types need fire too.

It is true, however, that Burning Man's reputation for wild sex is mainly a big fat hoax. Burnining Man is the epicenter of titilating talk, seminars on sex and double entendres. I think the moral of the story here is BRC is a cross section of society and you can find anything you want there.

...not that Simon needs me to defend him or anything.

Rochester is what it is but there are WAY WAY WAY more backwoods places all up around in this nation here.....
