if the .pdf version is to scale ...

... Esplanade Block is double deep ... 370' plus 30' Esplanade

... There are 10 blocks fitted into 2000' ...

... ... That would be 30 foot road and 170 block depth.

... ... ... The width of the block increases the farther you move away from the Esplanade.

Since the radius to the Esplanade increased 500', everything should be wider.

Wider is better. Wasn't that a car makers slogan from the late 90's? I think it was a Pontiac or somesuch.

If you look at the photo I posted, you'll see 3:00 on the map. That's 3:00. The Esplanade is that shaded circle that is the inner most in the concentric circles. If you go into the circle, Corvair, Bonneville, Allante, the next, shaded circle is the Esplanade.
