I love these things! When I was little my uncle (a chemical engineer/scientist) had dozens of these in his house.
I would come to visit and play with them for HOURS.

Usually, only one per visit. When I'd get really frustrated.. I could always turn them upside down and try to cheat. Got me nowhere... so I'd just start over.

This will be fun on the playa ! ! !

OK OK No giants. They wanted too much money. The balls will actually fall thru the holes and collect in gutters and pop out by the reload mechanism, which I haven't built yet. Glad you folks like it! It's been a lot of fun so far!

Here's a pic from the work this weekend. Another good solid couple of days of work and I should have a functioning game! My yard is anything but level and too hard to dig far, so the stand is up on blocks to level it out.

Destiny Lounge is still on the lookout for a few people to become a part of our camp for 2008! What we're in search of is folks who want to be a part of something very cool, not just folks looking for a place to pitch their tent in prime real estate area. We put together a pretty elaborate camp with lots of shade, jumbo games, great music, a cool night time vibe, piano lounge area and a very comfy and semi private environment behind the scenes for interested folks. Yes, we are asking for money, but given the cost of fuel and all that this year and the relatively small size of our camp (20 - 25 ppl), we don't think its that out of line. We want people who'd like to have a small intimate group of folks to camp with and who want to have a camp they can take pride in being a part of, offering our own unique brand of fun to the playa! We want members, not guests! If this sounds like you, drop me a note! Thanks!!

Today I got to play Rock Yer Balls for the first time!!! Not quite complete, but the game mechanism is assembled and it works!! I had no doubt... lol......(cough cough). So here's a pic after two days of playing in the 100 degree heat!

The ball maze is fantastic and even has sound effects!
I wanna play!!

I always wanted to find a 10 foot fiberglass satellite dish
and make a giant battling tops game. Never found a dish for cheap though

Thanks guys! Yes, it's been a labor of love, but I've really been enjoying it! Right LCN? Weight?? My guess is about 1500 pounds all together. The table weighs between 400 - 500 pounds, the steel parts weigh well over 300... it isn't light! Still has some more elements to be added but it's far closer to completion now that its functioning! I think a little well placed grease may help the groan factor... lol.
