Supergroyo - bass player looking for group/band

Post by supergroyo » Wed Jul 09, 2008 11:06 am

It will be Supergroyo's first burn, and he's contemplating bringing his bass guitar/amp/gear in hopes to hook up with a group/band/camp in need.

I'll switch to the first-person now: I'm a pro musician who currently plays in a LA-based 80's tribute band - www.IWantMyEighties.com - and I thought it might be worthwhile to bring my stuff if a band/group/theme camp needs a bass player.

I have experience in all types of music & I can certainly contribute "personality" to a show (my 80's alias is a nutcase).

How do I seek out those who might be interested in my services? Is there a separate thread for this that I haven't located yet?

^^ What he said!

PLUS! We are looking for people to come play - if nothing else, just jam. We'll have a house drummer, and I'm sure someone will pick up the geetar. Loads of percussion and god knows what else. Come one by, we'll do some jammin.

We're at the moonshine tavern - check out my post in the other thread.

Will do!

I'd be honored to stop by the Moonshine Tavern - sounds like my kind of place.

I'm looking forward to sidling up to the saloon counter & using one of my favorite lines: "Golly ma'am - I likes punch!"

Every evening id find my buddy Jake at the Moonshine tavern. He was pining over this Aussie gal working at the bar.

That moonshine hits like a Missouri Mule.
