Inexpensive and comfortable playa wear

Post by erri2000 » Fri Jun 13, 2008 5:17 pm

If you can’t afford a kilt here is an easy way to get one for next to nothing.

First go to a thrift store and purchase a pair of shorts. Cargo shorts are my favorite.

Second Rip out the crotch

Third Turn Sideways and Ta Dah instant kilt. Actually it is called a kiltish because it is not a kilt, but it is very kilt like.

These little babys are very comfortable allowing for a nice breeze to waft over the huevo’s during those hot playa days.

I told a friend that I would post this. I have fulfilled my agreement with Disco Love.
It is alot like sex,
Some people just don't get it

I have two of these. One is like dark brown, thick canvas type stuff, with cargo pockets. The other is white camo with cargo pockets.

Do all of these costumes have ripped-out crotches too? I mean of course, besides the tribal Liberace fetish figure.

You're not really a cross-dresser if you're just wearing a kilt.

Personally, I just go for a gingham sun dress... and be done with it!

Cheap and comfy: a sarong. What more do you need? I never travel without mine. Worn as a shawl, used as a towel, a skirt, a halter top, a dress, a bandana, a head covering, sarongs can't be beat. Good times.

If you don't want to spend the several hundred dollars on a good kilt (which I would never bring to the playa)..heres a link, on how to fold an ancient kilt.
Still get the ventilation for daytime, and an added blanket for night.
