The theme is usually announced with considerable ballyhoo around the beginning of the year - unless you know someone.

If your going to look into Hullabaloo, you need to visit this site:

http://www.hulla.info/

DJ Anabolic Frolic and Silver 1 have the best parties in North America.....of course after seeing Sandra Collins spin this year....she ranks right up there in my number 3 spot for favorite DJ's.

I know this is not what you were thinking of but after seeing your name the connection was made....and the rest is splashed all over the post.

we have just been informed that the theme for 04' is
Carnival...somewhere between Rio and the bearded lady
we will meet you there

street names are uncertain at this point but they are considering naming them after dance styles... ie

Samba Alley
Salsa Passage

etc...

The theme (in case anyone doesn't know by now) is The Vault of Heaven.

so, a lot of cloud-mobiles, white and gold wings. I'm not sure how I feel about this theme. Of course there are no boundaries and limitations. I do, however see it as kind of...well, a lot of white and gold and not a whole lot of room to move around...maybe I could be eeyore and just whine about it the whole time.

I'm curious to see how other people feel

The theme stretches well beyond a literal "heaven"
