SF-based 2nd timer here

Just wanted to introduce myself here ... I'm a second-year burner, and I'm going this year with my lovely fiance (it will be her first time). We're based in San Francisco (near Dolores Park). I've been helping out with the Temple construction over in Oakland.

I did some brainstorming on a van-based shade/sleep/shower setup ... perhaps this will help someone thinking about something similar. There's a sketchup file you can play with if you're interested! See this post for info.

Looking forward to an outstanding week with ya'll! Not 100% on where we're camping yet, but I will be a Guardian of the Temple Friday 6-9PM, so do stop by and say hi!

Does your van have a tool rack on top? Built several camps around my old Dodge Cargo van...and even a shower off the back.

In my case it's a rental van (surprisingly reasonable from Enterprise). No tool rack, unfortunately!
