HEAR YE, HEAR YE:

WHEREAS the theme of this year's Burning Man is "The American Dream," and

WHEREAS the people of Black Rock City have never had a written constitution or Bill of Rights,

WE, THE PEOPLE OF BRC do establish a Bill of Rights, to be wiki'ed by the populace at large in the days prior to this year's Burn and submitted for signature on Playa.

TO MAKE YOUR VOICE BE HEARD and ESTABLISH GOVERNMENT OF, FOR AND BY THE PEOPLE OF BLACK ROCK CITY...
