Last year there were folks just South of the 3 o'clock keyhole across the street from the Ranger's Berlin Outpost that were giving out panties. I was standing in line for ice, and a gorgious young girl bumped into me. When I turned around, I saw on her pantied behind the words "Booty Camp." Just then my elbow hurt, she had hit my funny bone, and I moaned in surprised pain. OWWW! She glanced over and saw me holding my elbow. She leaned over and kissed my owey. I think I said all better. That little bit of discomfort set that memory in my mind and I'll never forget it.

I seem to recall that they pulled up their panties and left early last year. Probably do to the changed dynamics of the 3:00 plaza last year with the Ice Sales/Camp Arctica. That brought a whole new group of "tourists" into the plaza.

On the moop map, Arctica, Rangers, the space that was Panties, and the adjacent bar camp scored RED.. Before that there was no red in the plaza moop poop.

I expect most of the camps on the Plazas will be new this year...

So ya got to bring your own panties or go without,
or maybe trade with folks;

are we talking about two women from rochester ny, Rebecca and Tara, who were collecting panties for a few years running in order to re-create the infamous Tom Jones Panty Shack..Vintage 97'?

the stage manager from tom jones touring show collected all the panties that were thrown on stage by tom's legion of adoring fans, and stitched them together into a giant dome-tent you could smell downwind.
