No, not unless they have been fully "mutated" and approved by the Department of Mutant Vehicles (which approval process has already closed for this year).

i have to get it all up and running, then i'll make it look really good and then i might think about selling it and then i'll really wanna keep it but if i sell it it'd be worth over $1000 if i restore it correctly and then if you want it maybe i'll get in touch with you but if i do then it'd be like i was selling something off of eplaya and that's against the rules so i'd have to not do that and then i'd keep it. so. maybe.
