Where's THE WHEEL placement?

We got placed at "The Wheel at 8:00" - anyone know where that is?

We are at the Wheel and 3:45. I think it's the circle that goes around center camp, but I am not 100% sure.

I reckon the wheel is the blue band that goes all the way round between the Esplanade and A.

My earlier reckoning was bollocks.
It seems the wheel is indeed that bit around centre camp.

Black Rock Roller Disco is at Wheel @ 2:15

The wheel is the street that circles Center camp. If your @ 8:00, sounds like you will be close to Camparctica
