I've been trying to work out logistics. In case any Reno locals may know of good places to get things, would you think there will be somewhere in Reno that I can easily get hold of some of the following?

old parachute and allot of very cheap fabric
bicycle and trailer (I emailed the Reno Bike Project are they good?)
some kind of big sturdy frame, or stakes of wood or something to build a structure to put the parachute over
wholesale hoola-hoops (gonna get maybe 40)
Electronics components stores - want to buy a load of LED lights and wiring

And would any of you know of a place anywhere between Portland, San Fran and Reno that might be able to print some artwork I've got onto fabric for not too much?

Is there a reason you're buying everything in Reno, when you don't seem to be from Reno?

As far as "bicycle and trailer" is the trailer just for the bike? If it is you may want to get one of those bike carriers that fits directly into the trailer hitch.

Sounds like you want to look up army surplus stores, costco, walmart, and frys.

Thanks Mike, I'll check out those stores

Yeah, I'm actually from London and without a car so should really get the big in Reno where I'm most likely to get a ride to the festival.

The trailer is just to carry all the heavy stuff. When i think about it though I guess renting a car for the day would cost about the same as a trailer.. realisations!

LED lights are available at THE Melting Pot. Glowsticks at some Dollar stores
& grocery stores

Otherwise I wouldn't count on finding anything unusual at the last minute
in Reno. Stick to staples like food, water, & common hardware store
items.

I was at the liquor store last year and some Euro burners wanted
1000 bottles of some kind of liquor. The clerk looked at them like
they were nuts -only had 25.

That's London England I assume. We also have London Canada, and those people could drive. :)
